Yes. Once approved in the HRG module, producers must undergo an LPA audit once every two years and goat depots will be audited annually.

Correct, completed and signed Digital eNVDs you have either created or received are accepted as a historical reference document for audits.    If you have printed an eNVD before completing it and have not updated the digital version, then you need to keep the completed printed copy. It is acceptable to show an auditor eNVDs on your computer or mobile device during an audit.

All Dairy QA participants can be selected for an LPA targeted audit or a National Residue Survey (NRS) audit if any National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) database, National Vendor Declaration (NVD) or residue issues are identified from dairy cattle or bobby calves from your property.

LPA accreditation costs $90 (+GST) every two years. There are no charges for LPA audits unless you need to be re-audited due to critical nonconformity.
