The Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) program is the on-farm assurance program that underpins market access for Australian red meat. LPA National Vendor Declarations (NVDs) provide evidence of livestock history and on-farm practices when transferring livestock through the value chain. All producers – regardless of flock or herd size – need to be accredited if they want to access the LPA National Vendor Declaration.
You can only access the new Harvest Rangeland Goat National Vendor Declaration (NVD) or eNVD once their state and territory department has approved your application and payment has been made.

When you select to create a new consignment using eNVD, you will be to select the forms you would like to include as part of your consignment. The forms will appear based on the accreditations you hold.
No. The new oestradiol free declaration is only available via the electronic National Vendor Declaration (eNVD). Traditional, printed forms in the NVD books cannot be used to consign oestradiol free female cattle. When consigning female cattle select ‘OSF’ on the form selection page, answer ‘No’ to HGP treatment and confirm no oestradiol treatment.
All Dairy QA participants can be selected for an LPA targeted audit or a National Residue Survey (NRS) audit if any National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) database, National Vendor Declaration (NVD) or residue issues are identified from dairy cattle or bobby calves from your property.
